On approval of water consumption and wasted water transportation tariffs and classification of consumer groups for the services provided by “Azersu” JSC

On approval of water consumption and wasted water transportation  tariffs and classification of   consumer groups   for the services provided by “Azersu” JSC 

According to the Degree № 341 dated December 26, 2005 of the President of  Azerbaijan Republic, “On Ratification of the Tariff (Price) Council  Charter of  Azerbaijan Republic, “Rules for  organization of state control over formation and application of the tariffs (prices) applied for the state regulation”approved  by the Resolution № 247 dated December 30, 2005,  of the  Cabinet of Ministries and Minutes of the Tariff (Price) Council Meeting, dated January 06, 2007,      DESIDES: 
1. To approve the above tariffs  for the  water consumption  and wasted water transportation services provided by “Azersu” JSC: 

For water supply services

  For wasted water transportation services

 3. Approve classification of the consumer groups for the water consumption and wastewater transportation services, provided by “Azersu” JSC as follow:

1.	Residential
1.1	Dwelling houses, private houses, hostels, subsidiary areas in leaving buildings, household buildings, individual garages,   cottages and courtyards
Note: In the case of using of the dwelling houses,buildings as listed in Section 1 for the production, service and commercial purposes or buildings rent to the physical and individual persons  for the purposes of to earn incomes, fees for the consumed water and transportation of wasted water should be paid on the tariff rates   as for the  relevant consumer groups.

	II group consumers
2.	Other branches (budgetary organizations, producers, commercial and service branches,  other physical and legal persons)
2.1.	All  consumers not included to the   I and III groups
	III group consumers
3.	Consumers,which use the water as an row material
3.1.	Branches  using the water as an row material for production of the bear, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks.

 3.  To consider of loosing of forces of consumer groups classification for   wasted water transportation services, provided by “Bakikanalizasiya”JSC, dated 01.10.2002 and consumer group classification for water supply provided by “Azersu” JSC, dated 01.01.2005.
4.  For the houses not installed meters, fix the consumption rate on a level of 6 m3.
5. This Resolution comes into force from January 08, 2007 and to consider  the tariffs adopted  before for the services by Azersu loose their force.
