On Additions and Amendments to the Resolution № 3 of the Tariff (Price) Council of the Azerbaijan Republic “Regulation of electricity tariffs within the Republic”,  dated 06 January 2007

According to the Degree № 341 dated December 26, 2005 of the President of  Azerbaijan Republic, “On Ratification of the Tariff (Price) Council  Charter of  Azerbaijan Republic, “Rules for  organization of state control over formation and application of the tariffs (prices) applied for the state regulation”approved  by the Resolution № 247 dated December 30, 2005,  of the  Cabinet of Ministries and Minutes of the Tariff (Price) Council Meeting, dated  March 14, 2007, DESIDES: 

1. To add, in  following wording,  to  the table  4-th section in the  1-st Paragraph of  the Resolution  № 3 of the Tariff (Price) Council of the Azerbaijan Republic “Regulation of electricity tariffs within the Republic” ,  dated 06 January 2007 :

 Enterprises of the  chemical and aluminium industry, mining based   steel-founder production with direct energy supply from 35 and 110 kilovolt lines  and for production  purposes, average monthly consumption not less than 5 million kwh                     
4.1. In the   Day time (  morning 08.00 – 22.00)                   4,2
4.2. At  the Night time   (from 22.00 to 08.00 )                    2,0

2. Selling of the electricity to the consumers indicated  in 4-th section of the Table is provided by  adding of the electricity transit  transmission tariffs to the  tariffs defined in section 4.1 and 4.2. Difference between the tariffs fixed by the section 4.2 and wholesale tariffs in force, included to the economical activity of “Azerenergy”

3.  To apply approved tariffs from January 08, 2008. 
4. This Resolution comes into force from the day of signing.
